KICK-OFF MEETING March, 7th 2024
On March 7, 2024, the kick-off meeting for the EDUCATION SYSTEM CHANGE WITH EU-ACCESSION (EdAccession) project took place, bringing together representatives from four universities: Technische Universität Bergakademie Freiberg (TU BAF), Dnipro University of Technology (DniproTech), Lappeenranta-Lahti University of Technology (LUT University), and Universitatea Tehnică a Moldovei (TUM). The meeting marked the official launch of this ambitious initiative, which aims to support the transformation of higher education systems in participating countries by aligning them with EU standards and best practices. The project seeks to enhance educational policies, modernize curricula, and foster international cooperation to ensure better integration into the European academic and professional landscape. During the discussions, the participants presented their institutions, shared insights on existing challenges in their respective education systems, and outlined key steps for the project's implementation. The collaboration between these universities will facilitate the exchange of expertise, development of joint programs, and implementation of innovative educational methodologies that will benefit students, faculty, and institutions alike.
